To promote the main purpose of use by members of the Tuolumne County Association as an educational institution (members are REALTORS® and Affiliates), the following rent reductions apply: The TCAR car park has 50 parking spaces. Parking is absolutely NOT allowed on Tuolumne Rd. on the south side of the driveway, as it blocks the view of everyone leaving the car park and creates a very dangerous situation. The California Highway Patrol told us they would give a ticket to everyone who parks in this area. In the event that, at the expiration of a date and time of use, the Tenant does not evacuate the premises in violation of this Agreement and remains at the Conference Center and/or uses it: The Tenant pays the Association $50.00 per hour for each additional hour or part thereof that the Tenant remains and/or uses (including the time spent cleaning and visiting the Conference Center in the state prior to the Tenant`s use of the Conference Center). This amount will be deducted from the deposit. If the deposit is not sufficient to cover this amount, the tenant must pay the balance due after receipt of the association`s invoice within five (5) days. . . .
